UViu: See your skin in a new light

UViu, currently part of ICFO's incubator, is developing a mobile solution that revolutionises personalised skincare. Our product combines a smartphone app and a small, cost-effective optical system that detects light invisible to smartphone cameras. For example, this enables checking your sun personal protection level anytime and anywhere. In the near future, UViu will also personalise cosmetics by monitoring the evolution of skin ageing, bacteria and dryness. For skincare providers, UViu provides innovative product differentiation, a novel personalized sales channel and valuable insights into their customer's journey.
